HOW IT WORKS
We have multiple types of group training classes that we run throughout the week. CrossFit, Engine, Muscle Lab, and Women Who Lift.

Coach led group training that blends strength and conditioning into a single, well rounded program. Classes follow shared daily workouts designed to build strength, endurance, and skill over time, with coaching and scaling to match individual ability. This option is best for people who already have some experience with strength training and enjoy training hard alongside others in a structured group setting.

Engine is a cardio-forward, low-technique class open to everyone. Find yourself craving cardio and less strength? Or perhaps you've been intimidated or frustrated with CrossFit's more technical movements? Engine is for you, and is a perfect complement to CrossFit classes.

Muscle Lab is our "functional bodybuilding" or "functional aesthetics" class. Plan for a full hour of strength training. Much like Engine, don't expect to see many high-technique CrossFit movements. You'll continue to learn the foundations of strength training, accompanied by a WIDE variety of new movements intended to help you pack on muscle.

A limited series (for now) that will run every Sunday for 8 weeks. The goal is to introduce women to foundational strength training and light intervals. This class is open to new and current members, and just like CrossFit class can be scaled up or down to your needs.
