Structured group classes designed to build strength, conditioning, and consistency.

HOW IT WORKS

People participating in a rowing class at a gym, with wood-paneled walls, rainbow and American flags, and rowing machines.

We have multiple types of group training classes that we run throughout the week. CrossFit, Engine, Muscle Lab, and Ladies Who Lift.

CLASS SCHEDULE


CROSSFIT

Monday-Friday AM Classes: 5am (no 5am on Thursdays), 6am, 7am

PM Classes: 12pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm (no 6:30pm on Fridays)

Saturday (Bring a Friend)
