The Week Ahead:

Monday: Starting the week with a hard one. 5 Rounds of Squat Cleans, Shoulder to Overhead, Run. Running is 200m per, so 1k total. Weight and reps and moderate. This WOD is very much my style. Lift explosively, run. It’s also reminscent of our benchmark focus, Grettel. (FWIW, it also looks a bit like the third CrossFit Open workout in 2026, but with less cardio.)

Tuesday: Surrender Pop Up class at 730 PM! CrossFit is double strength. Second week in a row of heavy RDL and KB Arnold Press. The B series features Bulgarian Split squat and weighted pull-up. The pull-up is 5-3-1, so a chance to try for a really heavy single, if not 1 RM.

Wednesday: Core Strength up front, then a longer WOD. KB Swings, AbMat Sit-Ups, Row. Simple simple.

Thursday: Strength is Bench Press and Bent over Row. Then a WOD with box Step ups and an experimental movement.. the triple push-up Burpee. Because why not?

Friday: Front Squat strength, then a 12 minute sprint/rest. Thrusters and Box Jumps.

Saturday: Arms and Partner WOD.

Sunday: LWL and Surrender
